Im selben Jahr heiratete er die geborene Theresia Frauscher.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <span style=\"color: #b2100d;\"><strong>1929<\/strong><\/span><\/span> wurde die erste Reparaturwerkst\u00e4tte vor dem Haus Nr. 37 gebaut. Das KFZ-Gewerbe wurde angemeldet und Herr Oswald Wielander als erster Meister angestellt. Herr Wielander machte sich aber 3 Jahre danach selbstst\u00e4ndig und es wurde Herr Rudolf Schweiger als Meister eingestellt. Herr Schweiger war Mechaniker-, Schlosser- und auch Elektromeister.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <span style=\"color: #b2100d;\"><strong>1933<\/strong><\/span><\/span> begann der Sohn Josef Gadermayr (geboren 1919) mit der Lehre dieser drei technischen Berufe. Zu dieser Zeit wurden Fahrr\u00e4der, N\u00e4hmaschinen, Futterschneidemaschinen, Schrottm\u00fchlen, Getreidereinigungsmaschinen, Kreiss\u00e4gen, Benzinmotoren, Milchzentrifugen und Dreschmaschinen verkauft und repariert. Im Kfz-Sektor wurden Puch- und Sachs-Motorr\u00e4der verkauft und repariert.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Die Elektrogenossenschaft Lohnsburg (gegr\u00fcndet 1925) wurde von Herrn Johann Gadermayr unter Obmann Martin Hohensinn verwaltet. Von da an wurde mit Elektromotoren, Kocher, B\u00fcgeleisen, Beleuchtungsger\u00e4te und B\u00fcgeleisen gehandelt.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1944<\/span><\/strong><\/span> bestand Josef Gadermayr die Meisterpr\u00fcfung f\u00fcr Elektro und meldete daraufhin das Gewerbe an.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1945<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, nach R\u00fcckkehr von der Front, wurde die Firma haupts\u00e4chlich vom Junior geleitet, welcher bereits die Elektroinstallation gef\u00fchrt hatte. In der Zeit von 1946 bis 1955 wurden die Gemeinden Schildorn, Waldzell, Lohnsburg, Mettmach, Aspach, H\u00f6hnhart, St. Johann und Maria Schmolln unter Einsatz von 12 Monteuren im wesentlichen von der Firma Gadermeier elektrifiziert. Es wurden ca. 150 km Freileitung gebaut. Die Firma wurde vom Landeshauptmann als eine der preiswertesten ausgezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>1947 <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">B<\/span><\/span>etriebs\u00fcbernahme durch Josef Gadermayr (geboren 1919)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1953<\/span><\/strong><\/span> bestand Josef Gadermayr die Meisterpr\u00fcfung f\u00fcr Kfz-Mechaniker. Die Vertretung des Produktes Lloyd Automobile wurde \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1956<\/span><\/strong><\/span> erfolgte die Gr\u00fcndung der Gadermeier &amp; Hohensinn OHG. Auf dem Gel\u00e4nde des Bauernhofes Hohensinn, Haus Nr. 5 wurde gemeinsam das heute bestehende Betriebsgel\u00e4nde errichtet. Die Firma kam dadurch in Liquidit\u00e4tsschwierigkeiten. Folgende Familien standen der Firma durch B\u00fcrgschaft zur Seite: Fam. Schnetzlinger vlg. Ortner, Fam. Emprechtinger vlg. Burgweger, Fam. Hangler vlg. Kitzh\u00f6rndler, Fam. Gadermeier vlg. Ecker und Fam. Stockinger vlg. Lederer durch ein Darlehen von 100.000,\u2013 Schilling.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1964<\/span><\/strong><\/span> wurden die B\u00fcrgen f\u00fcr die Ausfallhaftung der ausgeschiedenen Gesellschafter mit einer kleinen Feier aus der B\u00fcrgschaft entlassen. Jahresumsatz: 3,35 Mio. Schilling.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1977 <\/span><\/strong><\/span>Am 13. April dieses Jahres verstarb der Firmengr\u00fcnder Johann Gadermayr.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1980 <\/span><\/strong><\/span> Betriebs\u00fcbernahme durch Josef Gadermayr jun. (geboren 1946). Die Firma \u00fcbte sieben Gewerbe aus und erzielte einen Jahresumsatz von 18 Mio. Im Elektroinstallationsbereich wurden immer gr\u00f6\u00dfere Projekte ausgef\u00fchrt. Toyota Innviertel Ges.m.b.H. samt dem Neubau eines Betriebes in Ried i. I., Salzburger Stra\u00dfe 22. Herr Fritz Fischer trat als technischer Leiter in die Firma ein.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1997<\/span><\/strong><\/span> Er\u00f6ffnung des Autohauses Toyota Innviertel in Ried am 2. Mai. Dieser Betrieb wurde aufgrund seiner Architektur, seiner Transparenz und der g\u00fcnstigen Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe als einer der \u201e40 sch\u00f6nsten Toyota-Betriebe weltweit\u201c gek\u00fcrt.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldgrey\">\u2022 <strong><span style=\"color: #b2100d;\">1998<\/span><\/strong><\/span> war die Anzahl der Mitarbeiter \u2013 in erster Linie durch eigene intensive Lehrlingsausbildung \u2013 auf mittlerweile 76 gestiegen; der Umsatz auf 120 Mio.
